Labeling

Labels are an important element of the garment production and printing process as they add prestige to the product and move it to a higher quality tier.

We apply sew-in labels in both the newly sewn garments, and in catalogue apparel (we remove the original producer’s label, and replace it with the Customer’s label).

Labels can be used both on the inside and outside of garments to emphasise the brand..

This solution is mainly used by clothing brands.

Our offer consists of jacquard and sublimated labels, as cardboard tags and decorative items made of plastics.

Jacquard woven labels

Labels with the most distinctive look; the design is formed during weaving.

Sublimated labels

Labels applied using the sublimation method. It allows for multicoloured designs, containing for instance gradients or tiny elements. Their main assets are a low price, low minimums of production and short deadlines.

Screen printed labels

Labels applied directly on the fabric, usually on the inside of the neck area. We recommed one coloured print - light grey colour that is visible on both white and coloured textile.

Elastomer

Elastomer Label is a modern completing of labeling the product. Labels applied directly on the fabric, usually on the inside of the neck area.

Hang tags

Hangtags are like business cards. They are finishing touches to your brand and carry a message you want to deliver to your customer.

Labels are a good and cheap way to distinguish and diversify your clothes. We make string tags on various papers, including natural "eco".

Manhattan Fold Labels

If you want to give your shirts a high-end, sophisticated look to your products, manhattan fold labels are your answer. It doesn’t matter if you are a start-up designer or a well-established company, you want your products to compete with other well established brands in the same field-level (or as close as we can get to that).

It doesn’t matter if they are woven or printed, they are made out of polyester threads, or satin ribbon, or even cotton or a variation of it.

What sets apart this fold from others is the quality and look of the final product.:

The Ends, which are exposed are folded, giving it a soft, finished look. (Very important when the label is going to be exposed in the sleeve or the bottom hem of your shirt).

They are pre-folded in the center, making it easier, faster for you to apply them to your product.

Mitre Fold

Mitre Fold is where we have two 45 degree angles on the bottom corners of the label and the label hangs down in an elegant way. Mitre folds labels work best wenn the logo is long. This type is often used as a hook for hanging the garment.

End Fold

End fold labels allow you to add a branding label without sewing it into the seam. By this type of fold the corners of the label are not exposed to the skin and have a softer effect. The long logos stay best on this type of fold. These are typically found in the neck of higher end garments.

No fold / Hot Cut

This type of cut is usually used when the label is sewed on the garment. It could be sewed on from one side, form two opposite sides or from the four sides. In this case we have to count more space outside the design as a sewing margin intended to be stitched on the garment. The straight cut also can be used as a loop fold where you meet the both ends on the label and sew it in the seam of the garment.

Center Fold & Long Center Fold

Center Fold woven labels are creased in the center and sewn into a seam. The crease in the center helps the label lie flat and simple care and content information can be included on the back of the label to serve dual purposes, if desired. Sometimes referred to as loop labels as well, however, loop labels do not have a firm center crease.
